1. Monthlyand quarterly tax declaration for Shanghai and other 23 branches;2. Work withexternal consulting company on annual tax filing & TP filing;3. Local taxbureau requests and investigation cases handling4. To handlecustomer related tax cases5. Support the customs duty and import taxdeclaration to ensure legal compliance6. Support the withholding tax declaration foroverseas payment, including royalty agreement, inter company charge agreement,etc.7. New branches' tax registration;8. Other tax projects assigned by Finance VP9. To be the main contact person with local taxbureau and tax consulting companies.Qualifications:1.Bachelor degree, master as a plus2.Minimum 10 years of work experiences. Preferablywith 3+ years experiences in tax bureau 3.Be familiar with VAT/CIT/IIT taxes, etc.4. Have a profound understanding of the taxpolicies and be able to provide professional tax opinions5.Be able to identify tax saving opportunities forcompany6.Be able to communicate with and justify in frontof tax authorities 7.English fluent in both read, write and speak 8.Be able to coordinate and lead tax projects withheadquarter/tax bureau/other departments
