Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Primarily responsible for planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the Group and its subsidiaries, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations and also obtain and maintain investor relations and partnership compliance.

• Responsible in building a solid bank relationship with local banks with strong negotiating skills to secure funds required with the best financial terms and conditions for the Group


• To have the ability in evaluating companies and its assets and completing due diligence and assessment for a Group acquisition


• To have the ability to do the best financial engineering for any given transaction


• Responsible for preparing business plan along with projected financial statements for short, mid and long term including monitoring and implementing Group strategy


• Responsible for providing meaningful financial reporting information to help management and owners of the business


• Use financial acumen and business awareness to allow executive management and owners to make a tangible connection between the operations of the Group and its financial performance


• Assist in formulation and implementation of a business risk management system to identify and mitigate any significant risks to the Group's operations


• Responsible to prepare, manage and report budget cash flow & consolidated annual financial statements


• Maintains and manages treasury effectively by monitoring bank balances


• Manage and support major projects that requires significant quantitative and qualitative analysis from a financial perspective
