FinanceProcessController(R2R)

1. Lead the R2R team to be accountable for financial reporting withcomplying China GAAP and IFAS.2.Ensure the standardized R2R business processes strictly followedacross all China sites & continuously review the current process (R2R) foroptimization where required.3. Monthly/Year end closing & Reporting for both Group andStatutory purpose4. Proactively work with External auditors on Year end audit 5.Oversee the China costing team to ensure the costing teamdeliver the analysis/support to operation and BUs.6.Work with different functions on Annual Budget Process.7. Key player for system/project implementation8. Responsible for coordination on internal audit and acting as keyfor Internal Control process through the organization9. Capex reporting and monitoring10. Liaise with insurance broker on insurance matters(e.g. survey,claims, etc.)Qualifications:Bachelor degree or above, majoredin Finance/Accounting or related.CPA or equivalentqualification.Experience:+ 10 years in Finance& Accounting and +5 years' manager levelERP implementationexperience is preferred. SSC Experience will be aplus. Knowledge:Strong technical skills onaccounting standards;Deep understanding of thegeneral business process and solid in Costing/Reporting.Skills &Behaviour:Fluent in EnglishManaging and developing theteam.Proactive and good commandof communication,Strong analytic skills.Presentation skills.Good at Excel and other MSoffice.
