Finance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities: • Reporting to FC and responsible for all aspects of the Group's financial functions and accounting activities. • Responsible for financial and management accounting functions for the group. • Consolidate quarterly & annual financial statements of the Group for management and statutory requirement. • Manage the budgeting and financial planning processes for the group. • Establish, review, implement and update accounting and financial procedures and policies to ensure compliance. • Review and identify opportunities to improve internals control and financial reporting process. • Maintain and strengthen good relationships with regulatory authorities, bankers, internal/external auditor and stakeholders. • Prepare and review tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations and assist in potential tax planning. • General office administration duties. • Undertake any other duties and assignments which may be assigned by the management. Requirements: • Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a recognized institution. • Minimum 5 years of experience at group level. • Industry knowledge of property development and management reporting is a must. • Ability to read, understand and communicate in English. • Ability to work under stress to meet tight reporting deadlines
