Group Finance Reporting Manager

岗位职责： • Report to Senior Finance Manager • Oversee the whole consolidation process of the Group • Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements and analysis for management review • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for external reporting purpose • Perform financial integration for newly acquired subsidiaries • Co-ordinate with the BU finance teams and provide timely technical support • Co-ordinate with IR team and provide financial analysis as needed • Support any other ad-hoc projects 任职资格： • University degree with a professional accounting qualification • A minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably from Big 4 plus some commercial experience • Experience in IT, media or internet businesses is a plus • Excellent understanding of IFRS and US GAAP • Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, detail-oriented and well organized • Team player but capable to work independently with minimum supervision • Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience in Oracle and Hyperion an added advantage • Willing to travel occasionally • Immediate available is preferred
