Product Control ManagerProduct Control Manager needed in a world's leading financial institution, based in Shenzhen. Your new company I have established a strong network within the Banking and Financial Services sector. This long term partner with us is a joint venture of securities holding by a world leading financial group and is committed in developing its business in the Greater Bay Area. The business is building up a trusted professional reputation based on its highly capable management team. They are currently looking for a professional Product Control to help improve the business. Your new role To be successful in this role, you will be someone with: * Product Control Operating Model Overview * Monthly P&L reporting and related management information; weekly variance analysis and reporting; * Providing support and input into Senior Management forums across Finance * Day-to-day supervision of production and control processes, comprising daily and monthly controls; * Liaise with internal / external audit * Evaluation and improvement of processes * Perform a critical review of new products or business initiatives raised, update accounting mapping to facilitate new bookings and ensure provision of sufficient resources for system testing. What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have: * University degree with 5-7 years' Financial Services experience; * With solid product control experience in trading business, preferably with Asset Management experience as well; * Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred; * Prefer with exposure of foreign firm / IFRS knowledge; * Knowledge of financial products in investment banking and securities business areas; * Fluent written and spoken Chinese. Working English required.
