I am pleased to be partnering with a growing Organisation based in Bristol, who are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk in their Finance Team. In the past 6 years they've doubled their growth and are looking to drive the business further within the next 5 years. They are a welcoming business who provide significant support to their staff's progression and training.
Description
Key responsibilities:
- Raising sales ledger invoices and credit notes.
- Credit Control of all Anthony Nolan debt, including chasing up customers and escalating issues to Line Management.
- Issue Monthly Statements on a monthly basis
- Maintain accurate credit control records
- Liaising with other internal departments to resolve sales ledger issues
- Coding and checking invoices
- Processing customer's payments
- Checking and reconciling debtors reports
- Filing invoices and payments
- Dealing with customers and staff enquiries
- Other tasks linked with the preparation of monthly management accounts pack

- AAT Studier / Graduate
