ROLE

Reporting to the UK Transfer Agency (TA) Change Team Manager you will work for the UK TA Change Team within the UK Transfer Agency department.

The department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions.

The UK TA change team itself is currently a team of 14 full time staff. The prime responsibility of the team is deal with business support, system development, client new business / fund activity, client onboarding, client offboarding, business development, small change and major projects.

The role is to assist with small change management from a business perspective within UK Transfer Agency, which mainly include Investor documentation and reporting development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaising with IT, Vendor Management and any relevant stakeholders to analyse and understand limitations of existing systems and reporting capabilities
• Attending regular meetings with stakeholders and NT managements as required
• Initiating scope and business case definition for all small changes requested on behalf of UK TA
• Active role in identifying and helping scheduling project activities, design and implementation plans
• User Acceptance Testing and Regression testing of small changes
• Promoting effective, accurate and relevant communication to stakeholders and, project sponsors
• Helping in providing directions to close or cancel a project and formally handover to Operations
• Minimising errors in all deliverables at all stages
• Maintaining and updating procedures as required

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Process/Business analysis and improvement experience in change initiatives is desirable
• Excellent organizational, analytical, conflict management and negotiation skills are required. Plans work in an efficient manner and able to set and work to obtainable deadlines
• Requires strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Strong client focus gained in a financial services company
• Ability to contribute to developing standards and best practices
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant Professional Qualifications
• PC skills training
• Project Management training preferred
• Presentation skills preferred
