Reporting to the FD, the Management Accountant will be responsible for the management and financial accounting within the business, up to and including annual statutory accounts and the production of monthly management accounts, highlighting variances and providing commentary. The Management Accountant will possess a hands-on approach, which will enhance and help improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the finance department.

Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your main duties will include:
- The production of monthly management accounts
- Accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and journals
- Quarterly VAT returns and support of Audit and Tax computations
- Support of annual budget and forecasting
- Support of projects team and reconciliation of WIP projects
- Ad-hoc supporting duties
Profile
The successful Management/Financial Accountant will have previous knowledge of the above and possess excellent organisational and administrative skills. You will be a flexible team player, willing to support where necessary to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
