Description

The key responsibilites are:

  • To process account payable transactions

  • Maintain and update the Purchase Ledger ensuring all information held is accurate

  • Issue and maintain Purchase orders

  • Receive, verify and match invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders for goods and services

  • Verify all transactions comply with financial policies and procedures

Profile

The successful candidate;

  • Experience in all the above - Essential
  • Experience of working as a Purchase Ledger - Essential
  • Good attention to detail - Essential

Job Offer

£20,000 + Pension + Parking + good benefits + 28 days holiday
