岗位职责: 1. Maintain a smooth accounting day-to-day operation; verify the accuracy of invoices & accounting documents. Ensure finance records & company documents (e.g. accounting vouchers with invoices, tax & audit reports, and business licenses) are well filed; 2. Lead monthly closing process (e.g. timetable preparation, G/L entries, TB & closing checklist review) and prepare timely & accurate financial reporting maintained in compliance with accepted policies & procedures, both for JV statutory & group package; 3. Perform financial statements monthly analysis, identify room for improvement and take appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies and irregularities, and clean-up outstanding balances with long age; 4. Validate data input/outputs logics among different systems (SAP, OA & EPOS etc.), be able to clearly identify financial impacts, and articulate to related parties to resolve system issues; 5. Maintain a strong financial corporate governance environment and ensure compliance with statutory and corporate policies, procedures and controls including accounting, tax and other delegated authorities. Continue on-going efforts to strengthen and streamline processes, and keep abreast of the development of standard operating process (SOP) with analysis the applicability to the business; 6. Prepare the monthly/quarterly 12 months rolling forecast to cash flow & inventory provision (in light of the China provision rules and AI group rules); 7. Work with cross function departments to compile quarterly forecasting, annual budget & 5Y plan with preliminary variance analysis comparing with budget, forecast of previous month or year. 8. Work collaboratively with internal & external auditors to ensure a smooth audit deliverable, and set up of remediation procedures & control tools to follow up of shareholder's audit; 9. Facilitate local GAAP reporting/requirements to the regulator/government stakeholders (Dept. of Statistics, State Admin of Foreign Exchange, Tax Authorities, Customs etc.); Ensure tax compliance (transfer pricing documentation, VAT reporting, VAT surtax, Corporate Tax, Stamp duties etc.). 10. Coach team and conduct finance workshop (new staff orientation) to non-finance people; 11. Other assignments 任职资格: 1. Expert on functional & technical skills, financial control/Accounting/Financial Processes/Financial Analysis & Planning Insights Potential; 3. Advance knowledge of PRC GAAP and international accounting standards, tax laws and regulations; 4. Knowledgeable in retail accounting, capable to coach accounting team, and provide interpretations, analysis & recommendations to facilitate management decision making; 5. Well-developed analytical skills with data sensitivity and ability to abstract thinking; 6. Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, SAP and related ERP software;
