Based in Hong Kong and reporting to senior management, this regional role will:

  • Lead the legal and compliance function and provide legal advice to business units on their business initiatives and strategy
  • Provide legal advice on commercial contracts and product materials
  • Advise business units on relevant legal updates and regulations and ensure the business keeps up to date with relevant changes
  • Liaise with regulators and relevant parties on regulatory changes and requirements

To qualify:

  • You should be legally qualified with local/regional experience gained in a leading financial services company
  • 20+ years PQE is preferred gained in the legal or compliance areas
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong insurance law and compliance framework is required
