Our client is a well-funded private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an investment professional to join a growing real estate private equity team with an international investment remit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process
- Evaluate and screen investment opportunities
- Develop and analyse the financial models as well as assist with the due diligence
- You will also gain some exposure to the portfolio companies
YOUR PROFILE:
- Real estate private equity or corporate finance experience is essential
- Excellent financial modelling skills and a degree from a top-tier university
