Business Development Manager - Renovation Loan (Manager/AVP)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Help the unit to build our panel of contractors as a source of referrals for OCBC Reno Loan
  • Actively cultivate and manage the relationships with our business partners so as to get their support on referring leads for our renovation loan sales.
  • Monitor the market and review competitors' actions, activities and business model. Work closely with product to develop loan packages to counter the competition.

  • Direct reporting to Head Business Development - Renovation Loan

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • University or Polytechnic graduate
  • A people's person with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess initiative, drive, able to work independently, but notwithstanding, can also be a team player
  • Able to operate effectively under pressure to meet sales target
