Associate Demand Manager

POSITION : Associate Demand Manager DIVISION : AN North Asia FUNCTION : Host Finance REPORT TO : Sr. Demand Manager NO. OF DIRECT REPORTS : 0 EDUCATION REQUIREMENT : Bachelor degree or above, with major in sales and marketing, international commercial, supply chain management preferred;　　　 RESPONSIBILITIES:  Collect and analyze the historical sales-in/sell-out, offtake data, conduct a baseline sales forecast for all Accounts / Wholesaler by SKU level  Work with Marketing team, sales team Key accounts, trade marketing, supply chain,to collect and summarize the events forecast (promotional information -regional/national, new products launch, sales projects, price changing...);  Based on baseline forecast, events forecast and Key Market Assumptions, to sum up an unconstrained forecast (ADS) to be review in the Demand Meeting;  Analyze the sales forecast accuracy/variance, commentary on continuous improvement of demand planning process;  Other assignments from Demand Manager. REQUIREMENTS:  Industry experiences: Solid experience in demand planning, production management or customer service. Familiar with sales, marketing, finance,internal operation process. Skillful in utilizing demand & planning tools e.g MRP, EPR and etc.  Position experiences: Better have the knowledge of Cognos / MRP II including Sales and Operations Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and demand management. Knowledge of the company's manufacturing processes.  Language Skills： Excellent communications skills especially in English.  Computer Skills: Excel, Powerpoint, Access.  Mobility: Shanghai  Certificate Required: Bachelor or above
