Management Accountant

This Management Accountant role is a key position in the Finance team supporting the Financial Controller with both month end responsibilities and Business Partnering with key stakeholders across the business (outside of finance).

Description

Key responsibilities for this Management Accountant role includes (but not limited to):

• Preparation of management accounts
• Reconciling inter-company transactions
• Monthly VAT Validation, quarterly returns and reconciliations
• Working with key stakeholders across the business to drive process improvement and best practice
• Stock counts and analysis of results
• Producing monthly Profit and Loss Variance analysis to forecast for line manager review
• Payroll analysis, creation and positing of journals
• Supporting with the performance review and management of junior team members
