My client predominantly operate in the technology sector and are becoming increasingly competitive in their market due to a number of innovative strategies. They have made some significant acquisitions recently with further ventures in the pipeline and now have a really strong, diverse collection of small businesses within their portfolio.

Description

The role will include but is not limited to:

• Review of all Statutory Accounting and Reporting Processes

• Process and Controls Improvement

• Taking ownership of budgeting and forecasting

• Liaising with auditors

• Day to day management of a small team of Management Accountants and transactional members of staff

• FP+A work

• Business Partnering with non-financial stakeholders across the business

• Ad hoc, M&A based projects

Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 2 years+ post qualification experience

• Experienced in working for business that is fast paced/entrepreneurial in nature

• Ambitious and keen to pursue an FD role in the future

• Strong in person-outgoing, charismatic, articulate

• Keen to drive change and add value in a growing organisation

Job Offer

The business are looking to offer in the region of £50-60,000 and they also offer a competitive benefits package
