Commercial Management Accountant

This is a divisional Management Accounting position that is responsible for end to end accounts production, commercial analysis, and business partnering.

Description

    Consistent production of management accounts, reports and other financial information as required by local management, financial controllers and other senior management
    Analyse management accounts to budget/forecast and last year and provide commentaries.
    Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled to supporting documentary evidence with any variances investigated and resolved promptly.
    Prepare year-end and half year group reporting packs and any relevant analysis in line with group accounting policies to support auditing efforts, and to support financial controller as required with the production of statutory accounts.
    Provide business support and assistance to regional management teams in respect of detailed financial information as well as proactive involvement in the annual budget and rolling forecasts processes.
    Working with the commercial teams to gain commercial awareness of the regional business and to provide support and input to decision making.
    Assist with the continuous improvement, and be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
