The principal activity of GHT Global Hotel Trade Ltd. is to carry out the worldwide business of hotel allotments to tour operators. These hotel allotments relate to hotels in Mexico and in the Dominican Republic. Requirements ·  Positive attitude and good communication skills ·  Fluency in both Spanish and English ·  SAP knowledge is an advantage ·  Worked as hotel receptionist is an advantage ·  A self - motivated person   ·  Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment ·  MS Office to produce extended reporting (proficiency in Excel) ·  Gmail skills ·  Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail ·  Quick learner Main Duties and Responsibilities ·  Daily income audit and investigation of any discrepancies ·  Invoice processing and collections processing ·  Ensuring the timely collections of all outstanding payments including sending reminder letters, copy invoices and statements ·  Inter company reconciliations ·  TTOO reconciliations ·  Work closely with sales / operations / finance and others stakeholders to identify potential problems at an erly stage, ensuring swift resolution of issues to eliminate delayed payments ·  Assist with other related finance tasks as requested ·  Any other finance duties ·  Assistance with year end audits ·  Assist in special projects as assigned
