Finance Controller/Manager

Duties & Responsibilities: • Reporting to Board of Directors and responsible for all aspects of the Company's financial functions and accounting activities. • Financial Reporting for management and statutory requirement. • Manage the budgeting and financial planning processes. • Establish, review, implement and update accounting and financial procedures and policies to ensure compliance. • Review and identify opportunities to improve internals control and financial reporting process. • Maintain and strengthen good relationships with regulatory authorities, bankers, internal/external auditor and stakeholders. • Prepare and review tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations and assist in potential tax planning. • Undertake any other duties and assignments which may be assigned by the management. Requirements: • Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a recognised institution. • Minimum 5 years of experience at group level. • Background in either trading or logistics industry is a must. • Must be able to converse in English. • Ability to work under stress to meet tight reporting deadlines.
