The members of the Cash Administration team will monitor assigned accounts for issues associated with cash, settlements, ad-hoc processing, reporting and pre/post cycle reviews. The individuals will be responsible to produce results of daily accounts review and are expected to work with little to no oversight, identify and resolve trends and educate and train staff on new issues once appropriate research has been completed.

Role specifics
  • Using provided tools, review net income activity and client initiated transactions confirming all necessary activity has been included in a foreign exchange transaction order.
  • Configure Client Directed Cash Management System to reflect client instructions for repatriation service
  • Monitor, report, and (if applicable) provide resolution steps to ensure all orders have corresponding executions
  • Monitor and control the stale cash balance exception reporting for clients.
  • Using provided tools, review assigned accounts for issues associated with cash (Overdrafts, reconciliation), positions (trades, other),
  • For assigned accounts process month end close functions (validate and sign-off on balances, review for non-base balances)
  • Identify data or account trends for discussion in group meetings.
  • Interact with all IMS teams (Accounting, Corporate Actions, Trading, Performance)
  • FX transactions monitoring that flow through the Synthetic FX process
  • Reviewing FX exceptions between Synthetic FX and Custodian FX and complete manually reconciliation
  • Remain familiar with back-up procedures when system applications and/or transmission problems arise.
  • Build cooperative and professional internal/external relationships achieving group and client goals. Utilize all available resources throughout SSC.
  • Cover various management functions and desk coverage when necessary.
  • Interact with clients.
  • Be prepared for all meetings
  • Prepare oversight reports for audit where applicable.
  • Take ownership of issues to resolution, engage teams as needed to gain consensus.
  • Track work effort and goals. Escalate timing issues.
