财务经理

工作职责
1.负责、执行、协调财务成本、分析、会计工作；
Responsible, execution and coordination of finance and accounts related matters;
2.独立负责财务部门，给下级成员提供引导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
Responsible for finance department independently, coaching and train subordinates as well as supervising daily works;
3.年度所得税汇算清缴、年检、审计工作；
Responsible for annual tax returns and audit matters;
4.监督执行、维护公司财务管理程序和政策，参与制定年度、季度财务计划；
Supervision the execution of company financial procedures and policies.Participate in yearly and quarterly financial planning;
5.向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
Provide the management with various kind of financial analysis;
6.组织公司的成本管理工作, 进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。
Responsible for cost and expense management, cost budgeting, control, recording and analysis, in order to meet profit target.
7.协助被收购公司融入外资投资公司的文化。确保被收购公司的财务系统符合母公司的政策和内控流程。
Assist to integrate acquired company into foreign invested company culture. Make sure acquired company's finance system to comply with mother company's policy and internal control process.
8.确保被收购公司的结账数据准时上传至母公司HFM系统，为SAP上线做准备。
Make sure the acquired company closing data can be uploaded to HFM successfully in time. Prepare for SAP going live.

任职资格
Qualifications
1.财务、会计、金融专业全日制本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree in finance, or accounting and above;
2.在欧美外企六年以上财务会计工作及三年以上财务经理工作经验；
At least 6 years of finance working experience in foreign company, and 3 years and above as finance manager;
3.熟悉中美金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
Familiar with computerized system, financial procedures and policy, as well as America finance and tax policy;
4.较强的财务分析的能力，风险识别能力，具备较强的成本管理，风险控制能力；
Good in financial analysis, risk sensitiveness, cost management and risk management;
5.良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力;
Good in organisation, coordination, communication and co-operation. Able to work under stress;
6.熟悉财务软件（SAP）和EXCEL软件；
Familiar with finance software（SAP） and Microsoft software, especially Excel;
7.3年以上制造业财务经验；
3 years and above of manufacturing finance experience;
