岗位职责：
Job Title: Internal Audit Accountant
Reports to: Finance Manager, Asia Sourcing, WestRock
本职位为一年期第三方合同，Internal Audit Accountant
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure audit engement letters with each region auditor to be signed off and filed timely
- Work closely with internal accounting team including those in the US to provide all necessary audit required documents in a timely manner
- Feedback and follow up on any auditor findings and action items with internal team in a timely manner
- Proactively investigate potential audit issues and provide suggestions
- To be trained and to use the ERP and other systems to generate any audit requested data
- Work with local accounting team to review and improve the process of preparing statutory accounts and the preparation for statutory audit
- Follow up with auditors to ensure all audit reports to be issued and filed before deadlines
- Follow up with corporate accounting team requirements on the statutory audit documentation etc.
- Ad hoc assignments from finance manager relating to statutory accounting

任职资格：
- University degree with a major in auditing or accounting
- Good English in speaking and writing
- 2-4 years GL, AR, AP and inventory accounting experience in an ERP environment
- Detail oriented with good numerical sense
- Willing to take challenges; Able to work under pressure & perform
- Willing to travel occasionally to Thailand and Hong Kong
