Description

You will be responsible for the Cashbook and Management Information reconciliation of their client accounts. The key duties include:

  • Process and reconcile all daily online, bank transfer and cheque receipts
  • Oversee payments to suppliers on a daily basis
  • Reconcile, report and resolve all discrepancies and problems
  • Code data for input to financial data processing system
  • Reporting directly to Finance Manager and be responsible for ensuring all transactions are fully reconciled daily

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • have previous finance experience - (preferable)
  • have good excel skills
  • be studying AAT (preferable but not essential)
  • be pro-active and keen to learn and improve complex processes
  • be a confident team player
  • be good with numbers
