Interim Financial Controller

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the finance function, responsible for the management of finance including but not limited to; policies, processes, people and systems. You will be responsible for financial accounts, management accounts, controls within the finance function and project management of the new system roll out. Alongside this there are a number of other finance projects that are running which you will be heavily involved in so you will need to not be afraid to roll your sleeves up to get the job done!

In order to be successful, you will be a qualified accountant, preferably from a Big 4 background with a minimum of 7 years core accounting experience, with at least the last 2 years having been in a Financial Control or equivalent position within a similar financial services business - ideally an investment management environment. You will have a demonstrable track record of implementing process improvements also as this role will be hands on with improving their controls and implementing new systems.
