The Role:

  • Responsible for shaping and designing strategy initiatives
  • Advising stakeholders on how to deliver large scale global change initiatives
  • Responsible for the operationalisation of strategies
  • Responsible for management of junior resources
  • Target Operating Model design
  • Define strategies to minimise the effect of change on TOM's

Candidate Requirements:

  • 6-10 years working at a major external consultancy firm or similar internal consulting function within a bank or financial services provider
  • Must have some experience in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Private Banking or Wealth Management
  • Knowledge on Target Operating Model design
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Deep knowledge of business change, transformation and strategy
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
