Financial Accountant - South Dublin

Role: Financial Accountant Location: South Dublin Who this role will suit: A recently qualified accountant (industry/practice trained) with 0-1 years' PQE. The successful candidate will be a key member of the management team, providing strategic input, driving the business forward and maintaining a high level of performance. Duties: • Produce timely and accurate month end reporting packs • Conduct variance analysis, commentary and insight on financial results and present results to management • Completion of balance sheet reconciliations • Manage the monthly KPI reporting • Management of the Fixed Asset Register and analysis of Capital Expenditure • Produce the monthly/bi-monthly statutory returns (VAT, PAYE/PRSI etc) for the business • Manage the annual budgeting process providing insight and analysis where required • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as they arise Candidate: • Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant • Month end industry experience desirable with strong technical accounting skills • Commercial and operational acumen • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels Salary: The salary on offer is in line with market rates
