people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a PMO analyst on an initial 3 month assignment located in the Sydney CBD

In this role you will be working with a team to provide your expert skills and knowledge to assist with the end to end implentation process. Your duties will include but are not limited too:
- Establishing and maintaining project methodologies, governance, standards, documentation and templates, ensuring compliance
- Develop and deliver project related training materials
- Manage portfolio tracking and reporting function, including developing roadmaps, plans and milestone charts
- Provide secretariat support related to the project
- Assist in planning and budgeting to achieve objectives
- Ensuring effective communication across a range of stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Strong experience in a PMO environment in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Project management certification (PMI, Prince2, P3O, etc)
- Demonstrated use of Project management tools (MS Project, Clarity, Primavera, etc)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication
- Previous Government experience highly regarded
