Finance Officer
A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to join one of our Largest Housing Association clients on a permanent basis. Based in West London, this is a full time role (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Purpose of the role:
You will be working as part of the Income team within Financial Services, providing high quality customer focused service to ensure rental income streams are maintained. There will be high volume processing on a daily, weekly and monthly process. This role involves working to deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also respond to customer queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to have great attention to detail and accuracy as you will be processing income using batches as well as adding and updating records. You will have good communication skills both verbal and written.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent data processing and Excel skills, with the ability to effectively and efficiently manipulate data.
You must be competent in the use of IT systems and possess good analytical skills.
You’ll be experienced in managing a busy workload, whilst providing an exceptional customer experience. Prior experience working within a high volume transactional processing team in a financial environment is beneficial.
