Description

Reporting directly into the Financial Director this Graduate Accounts Assistant opportunity will include responsibility of allocated locations to perform the following key responsibilities;

- Preparing monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheets)

- Controlling general accruals and prepayments

- Working closely with site managers and regional managers to influence operational activities, controlling costs and maintain controllable processes

- Production on various daily, weekly and monthly MI reporting

- Reviewing daily stock process for both procured and manufacturing products to ensure accuracy of COGS and process any corrections

- Prepare and present slides alongside the site manager at a monthly performance review of sites that you are supporting

- Forecasting and budgeting - monthly, quarterly and annually.

Profile

The Successful candidate will require the following:

- Graduate within in finance with a minimum of 2.1 grade

- Minimum of 1 Year's experience working within an accounts assistant role

- Excellent Microsoft excel skills

- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

- Be available immediately or at short notice
