Job description

1. Provide WFOEs with various accounting-related services including but not limited to:
1.1 Ensure compliance with the applicable P.R.C. laws, regulations, codes and rules of accounting
1.2 Make bookkeeping, accounting and reporting in accordance with applicable accounting regulations of P.R.C.
1.3 Maintain and securely store the accounting vouchers, accounts and other documents of the clients.
1.4 Assist the clients to improve internal capital / fund management, provide proper consultancy related to financial management of the clients.
1.5 Regular analysis and checking of accounting data, identifying and settling problems in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Provide services and advisory relating to taxation
2.1 Prepare and submit tax returns in time on behalf of the clients such as Individual Income Tax, Business Tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.
2.2 Be responsible for communication with various government authorities and other related companies, including the tax authority, public finance office, banks and CPA firms etc.

3. Participate in accounting and taxation services relating to ad-hoc projects for clients

4.  Other tasks assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance, ACCA preferred;
2. 5+ years working Experience in foreign Co. or international accounting firm in China or abroad an advantage;
3. Hands-on experience in using ERP SYSTEM is preferred
4. Strong skill in accounting and excel 
5. Can work under pressures and handle effectively a diverse range of tasks.
6. Good English communication skill in written and spoken
