Main Job Scopes
1. Participate in full cycle of deal origination and execution
2. Build cash flow models and draft investment paper
3. Coordinate with internal functional teams and external supporting teams (lawyer, accountant, banker, engineer, etc.)
4. Other duties as assigned by team leader
Requirements
1. At least 3-4 year experience in real estate
2. Strong knowledge in finance and competent in cash flow model; transaction experience a big plus
3. Good communication skills and business fluency in English (both verbal and oral)
4. High accuracy and able to meet urgent deadline
5. Travel up to 30-40%
