A PE backed, international engineering business
Description
Support growth by identifying opportunities and challenges.
Manage the Finance function to ensure the business has first class MI.
Manage the reporting process.
Ensure the PE backers are aware of forecasts, actuals, cashflow, budgets etc.
Work with the Operational teams to identify improvements.
Profile
A qualified accountant with experience of an Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG or similar "physical product" sector.
Gravitas to operate at board level.
Strong reporting background.
High level of "business curiosity".
Able to work with PE investors.
Previous P&L ownership.
