Description
The Group Reporting Analyst role;
- Assisting the group accountants with all aspects of financial reporting including the following:
- Assistance with management reporting (monthly + budget and forecasting processes), consolidation including dealing with issues from global subsidiaries and reporting to the Board;
- Maintenance of Group chart of accounts and reporting modules;
- Involvement in plc regulatory reporting under IFRS and preparation of the Interim and Annual Reports;
- Assistance with internal projects as they arise including the global roll-out of a new front end reporting system;
- To assist with company secretarial requirements as and when required;
- Updating and documentation of internal reporting processes and Group Finance intranet and Investor Relations web pages;
- Communication with reporting units around the world;
- Other ad hoc project work as and when required.
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Group Reporting Analyst will;
- be part qualified/Finalist CIMA (or ACCA)
- have worked in a similar role previously
- have strong analytical and reporting skills
- have worked for a large/international business previously (not essential)
- be looking to progress and develop your Finance career
