An exciting opportunity has arisen with this entrepreneurial and award-winning medium sized firm for an accomplished corporate tax specialist to join their thriving and growing team.
You will be responsible for undertaking a range of corporate tax consulting assignments which will include areas such as:
*Complex compliance
*Restructuring, due diligence,
*Exit planning and succession planning
*Share schemes
*EIS and SEIS schemes
*Inward investment
*HMRC enquiries and investigations
The client base is wide-ranging and embraces manufacturers, property companies and a number of service industry clients. In addition, there will be a smaller component of personal tax work so some exposure in this area would be beneficial.
Ideally, you will be qualified CTA and possess a solid background within corporate tax, gained from practice or, possibly, an in-house role.
