Key Accountabilities
• Accounting
o Manage balance sheet reconciliations
o Develop monthly balance sheet reporting
o Policy and procedure development
o Revenue recognition
o Review journal entries
o Work with cross-functional groups to ensure that commercial policies are in compliance with internal controls
o Audit management (external and internal)
o Manage accruals
• Tax
o Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly tax report submission, including VAT, CIT
o Coordinate with CIIC for monthly IIT calculation and declaration
o Monitor the latest tax law developments and make accounting adjustments as needed
o Maintain relationship with local tax officers
o Work with audit firm for annual tax audit report
• Treasury
o Currency management
o Cash forecast
o Bank account management

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position
• Public accounting experience
• CPA required
• Minimum 5 years professional experience
