What it's about
In this role you will be responsible for the asset management of the private infrastructure investments as well as broader operational responsibilities. This will include:
Developing strategic plans and identifying value creation initiatives in conjunction with deal teams as well as management teams, partners and service providers at the investment level
Supporting the due diligence of new opportunities with a particular focus on on‑going operations and asset management post-investment
Support, advise and challenge the management teams
Working in partnership with deal teams in the asset management of private infrastructure investments to implement business plans and monitor performance against underwriting
Assisting deal teams in identifying and executing follow on acquisitions in investments
Develop, review and implement business plan course corrections, restructuring strategies and value improvement initiatives
Conduct and co-ordinate activity related to product reporting, monitoring investments, market research, internal requests, and marketing efforts
Assist deal teams in sourcing infrastructure investment opportunities throughout the world, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region

Top academic credentials (Masters/MBA/Financial qualification), with an emphasis on Finance, Economics and/or Engineering
Project management skills / experience
Experience / understanding of accounting / finance / valuation principles
At least 12 years of relevant work experience working for infrastructure businesses
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
A strong desire and modesty to learn
Developed listening and influencing skills
Be proactive on assignments/projects and demonstrate initiative
Able to complete projects on time and accurately and be able to multi-task
Strong work ethic, professional demeanor
