Description The Corporate Actions Advisor works within the Corporate Actions Team. This team supports Domestic and International Nominee Services and Primary Market Operations. Reporting into the Corporate Actions Manager, your primary responsibilities will include the research and processing of voluntary and mandatory Corporate Actions for International Equities. The responsibilities of this role include:
The day to day reconciliation and processing of dividends
Monitoring and notifying clients of voluntary events
Work with the team and business stakeholders to ensure client instructions are processed in a timely manner
Liaise with clients on queries and investigations
Assist with various adhoc projects
Accurately capture issues in a timely manner and in accordance with the control environment
You may be required to assist with other service offerings within the team on an adhoc basis
Qualifications
Qualifications To be considered for this role you will have a:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business/Commerce/ Finance.
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Corporate Actions and be able demonstrate an understanding of the various event life cycles
Be able to identify, investigate and resolve issues across the Corporate Actions area.
Have high attention to detail, excellent time management skills, the ability to work under pressure and working to tight deadlines
A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
An understanding of yearly U.S regulatory reporting is highly regarded
Having worked with NetX360 will be highly regarded
