A permanent Payroll Manager is being recruited for a nationally recognised business based in Watford â€" this role will oversee a small team and report into the Human Resources Manager.
As the Payroll Manager you will be responsible to the processing of a monthly payroll across multiple different payrolls; you will ensure all statutory deductions are made including SMP, SPP, SPP. You will process P45s/ P46s and P11Ds. You will deal with any escalated queries and perform payroll related reconciliations and generate payroll reports for the wider business.
Additionally, the Payroll Manager will manager a small team on a daily basis.
