Purchase Ledger Temp - Banbridge - 12M FTC

Our client has a turnover of almost £50 million & is rapidly continuing to grow it's business. The Purchase Ledger Temp will join the Finance team in the firm's fabulous new premises based in Banbridge. This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate that wants to gain experience with one of NI's most progressive & dynamic companies. The Purchase Ledger Temp Will maintain Purchase Ledger including registering of invoices / credit notes received daily, processing for receipt of goods, matching with purchase order and ensuring controls at each stage agree with supporting records Will ensure all supplier invoices are processed in accordance with procedures Will complete investigations into invoice discrepancies Will assist with weekly and monthly BACS payment runs. Will complete Supplier reconciliations. Will maintain vendor files Will assist with Month End duties Will assist with Audit prep Will complete any other adhoc duties as required The Purchase Ledger Temp MUST: Have at least 1 years' AP/Purchase Ledger experience. Have proven experience of working in a fast-paced/busy office environment.
