We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and passionate Digital Business Analysts who love customers, live digital and can navigate safely through complex industry and business challenges.

The Role

Reporting to the Lead Digital Business Analyst, you'll form part of a team who plays a crucial role in delivering Origin's "Digital First" aspirations. You'll proactively lead the specifications of new and changed user experiences while working closely with the broader digital delivery team and key business stakeholders to accurately translate ideas and designs into requirements and detailed specifications.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Work with relevant colleagues (Digital Product Owners, Design team, Developers, Content Lead) to ensure specification deliverables meet required milestones and deadlines

Assist team members and business stakeholders to articulate their proposed ideas/changes/initiatives by analysing the current state, eliciti​ng requirements, analysing requirements using appropriate techniques, verifying & validating requirements, and building accurate specifications

Conduct workshops to understand specified changes end ensure they align with the desired user experience

Ensure the consideration of the customer experience outside the digital channel has been considered and integrated into the solution design

Manage scope, trace requirements from end-to-end, communicate requirements to key stakeholders, assess & manage the impact of requirement change requests, maintain requirements for re-use

Is This You?

You are an experienced Digital Business Analyst with an understanding of digital technologies and appreciation of technical development mythologies (i.e. AGILE, DevOps), as well as responsive design.

This role is suited to candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy partnering with a variety of business stakeholders. Demonstrating a strong understanding of customer life cycles and experience delivering digital initiatives, we're seeking ambitious and driven candidates who can help deliver our Digital First aspirations.
