Description

• Responsible for all treasury management services, preparing and developing treasury strategy, policies and procedures as well as reviewing borrowing requirements and covenant compliance. You will prepare and monitor cashflow statements whilst overseeing day to day banking functions.
• Assisting with the preparation of the final accounts and liaising with internal and external audit as required. Prepare the financial statements and working papers, to ensure audit compliance.
• Responsible for the financial appraisal and accounting and reporting for new developments to support Development programme.
• Involvement in long term financial planning, cash flow management, maintenance of the housing fixed asset register and VAT compliance.
• Management of the budgeting process, ensuring all budgets are accounted for accurately and adequate controls and audit trails are in place.
• Manage the maintenance of the financial ledger ensuring the completeness and accuracy of actual, budget and forecast financial data.
• Monitor systems processes and procedures and promote and assist in the implementation of improvements on an ongoing basis to maximise efficiency.

Profile

Successful Candidate Must Have:

• A recognised Accountancy Qualification (e.g CIMA/ACMA/CIPFA/ACCA)
• Previous line-management experience
• Experience of working in a treasury role
• Experience of financial planning/business plans
