Audit Senior Manager

岗位职责：We are seeking an experienced, high caliber candidate to join our fast developing audit department in China. The position will be based in Beijing, although the role is likely to involve travel throughout China and overseas. Our Audit department specializes in both audit and transaction support services. After the merger with the Chinese firm, we are seeing a fast increase in market opportunity and high demand of cross-border M&A activities. We therefore are keen to expand our audit team to facilitate the further growth of our firm'sbusiness. You will assume on a high level of responsibility for Business Development, and mainly focus on Chinese client especially the non-French foreign business communities in China. You will be also responsible for portfolio management, quality and risk control, reviewing and delivering reports, motivating, coaching and developing team members; As a successful candidate, you'd better have got CICPA qualification with minimum 10 years of audit experience (CICPA qualification with minimum 10 years of audit experience will make you a successful candidate for this position/As a successful candidate, CICPA qualification with minimum….experience are prerequisites). If having experience in international CPA firm(s) at management level and in relation with Chinese companies, you will be highly preferred. Strong BD capabilities, interpersonal, and great communication skills will be advantages of you. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above, accounting or accounting related major is preferable; • Certification of CICPA is mandatory ; • At least 10 years' experience in delivering professional services to clients as an auditor or a consultant in the area of regulatory advisory, auditing or financial reporting, preferable with the experience in Big 4 firms • Excellent analytical, planning, organizing and team building skills; • Excellent project management skills, interpersonal and communication skills; • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills. In addition to English, a good command of German, Russian or any other major third language would be a plus; • Outgoing character, strong sense in business development is required; • Keen sense and deep insights of market is a plus. 任职资格：
