As part of our store support focus, we are introducing a new role to our National Support Office, the Retail Administration Clerk.Successful applications to this role will be coached and developed to provide end to end process phone and written support to all the Bay Audio locations in relation to operational policy and procedures. The Retail Administration Clerk will develop into Subject Matter Experts (SME) of our operations procedures and all associated store processes with special emphasis on general store administration as well as best practice in productivity and effectiveness of our specific store operational requirements.More about the role:Coaching and guide team members in the policies and proceduresOperational procedures, inventory management, operational effectiveness, accounts receivable processes & handling claimsWorking with multiple stakeholders to drive operational efficiencyBe able to demonstrate sufficient initiative to work independently and to proactively address potential issues before they arise Accountable for driving improvement in key administrative KPIs within the businessesCommunicating with key stakeholders in the operations sector of the business More about you:Able to set a high benchmark for what 'great' looks likeAccurately follow business protocol guidelinesAble to learn of what we do here at Bay Audio and whyA driving passion to help us change more lives - our customers and our teamThe ability to work a rotating roster that provides coverage Monday through to Saturday including Thursday & Friday evening tradePrevious retail experience advantageousPlease include a brief Cover Letter showing why this role may interest you and full Resume.
