My client, a large property development Group with a turnover in excess of £150m based in Buckinghamshire have an urgent requirement for an Interim Finance Business Partner for a minimum period of 6 months.
The Interim Finance Business Partner is very much a business facing finance role and will involve being in regular contact with Senior Management, Functional Heads, Directors and Local Boards for; long term decision making, budgeting and acting as the main finance point of contact. You will support your non-finance budget holders by advising and training them on any areas related to the; budget process and all income and expenditure streams. Other areas of responsibility will include; leading on consolidated management accounts, including KPI reporting and budget holder reports; oversee the quarterly forecast process; produce the annual budget, including reviewing the business plans and future growth areas; and to undertake various reporting projects, such as driving efficiencies.
The successful candidate will be an analytical, intelligent, qualified accountant who is confident with the budgeting process and able to confidently articulate and understand the wider business. You will have the ability and communication skills to build strong working relationships at all levels across the organisation and particularly with non - finance. Individuals from all sectors are highly welcomed. My client will be reviewing CV's on a daily basis, do not delay in applying.
