Accounts assistant

Your new company This organisation was formed over 20 years ago with the intention to provide direct healthcare to the greater Dublin area, to people who had difficulties accessing healthcare. Since their formation they have grown and gone from strength to strength. Now spanning over multiple locations. They pride themselves on their innovative manner and second to none care. Their continuous growth has led to an opening in their finance department, for a permanent Accounts Assistant. Your new role You will be working in Dublin west, providing accounts assistance to this rapidly growing organisation. You will be reporting directly to the finance business partner, responsible for the accounts payable function, cashbook, debtor and bank reconciliations, recording all income, generating month end reports and managing the accounts to trial balance. What you'll need to succeed You will be a confident and energetic individual, who thrives under pressure and enjoys using your own initiative to complete tasks. You will have the ability to work within tight deadlines and possess strong organisational skills. You will have strong PC skills including excel and outlook. Ideally you will have experience using the Opera accounts package and be part qualified in accounting. What you'll get in return You will receive a generous salary in your new permanent role.
