A vacancy now exists for a full-time Time & Attendance / Payroll Clerk (Grade III) , this is a Specific Purpose Contract to cover staff secondment. The role is based in the payroll department in Ballymun Headquarters. The successful candidate will help schedule and monitor the execution of detailed weekly rostering within a 24/7 residential environment in conjunction with the person in charge and payroll department for over 80 units. This role will involve assisting with monthly payroll processes. Essential Criteria: have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the health sector or a rostering and planning/payroll department Experience MS Excel/Word/Outlook is essential Softworks (clockwise) time and attendance system experience advantageous Ability to work on own initiative on project based tasks Good organizational skills, attention to detail and proven problem solving along with excellent team work skills is essential Desirable Criteria: Membership of professional body (e.g. IPASS/IATT) Experience in mega pay Salary Scale: The successful candidate will be paid in line with 2017 HSE Grade III consolidated 15 point pay scale €23,121 - €38,724 . Should you have no prior public sector experience you will be placed on point 1 of the pay scale above.
