This role is to back-fill the Management Accountant position as the existing person moves into the organisation's change programme for a 12 month secondment. You will use your accountancy skills to deliver across a number of key areas including:
- Prepare monthly Management Accounts, review for variances and analyse as necessary
- Prepare management information sheets for each budget holders and liaise with and provide support to budget holders in monitoring their budgets
- producing cashflow forecasts weekly, monthly etc
- Maintenance of the fixed asset register including reconciliation to the nominal ledger, liaising with the Assets department to ensure accuracy of transactions
Ideally you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA / CIPFA ) with experience of working as a Management Accountant in a similar role.
