2.1 Operation Improvement for meet the top management's target 25%
2.1.1 Drive standard cost accuracy improvement, reporting and analysis standardization, system automation etc to improve the team's abilities to manage cost structure;
2.1.2 Monitor and track manufacturing standard cost variances by BU after month end closing;
2.1.3 Lead reviews with the (operation)production managers and relative teams such as supply chain team on the manufacturing variance results, inventory, commodity price trends, cost spending against budget, cost reduction initiatives;
2.1.4 Supervise monthly financial result reports, including manufacturing variances. Focus on report accuracy and consistency to ensure standardization among all BU;
2.2 Cost down for more profit 50%
2.2.1 Inventory performance(level & turns) presentation;
2.2.2 E&O inventories control;
2.2.3Review/update STD cost;
2.2.4Present the cost performance;
2.2.5 Find the root cause for different cost variance compared with STD cost;
2.2.6Ask production/SCM provide the reasonable explanation for key cost variance;
2.3 Team value improvement 15%
2.3.1Lead and design training for all costing team staff on technical and non-technical topics
2.3.2 Coach the team to build a cohesive and enthusiastic team that provide proactive and professional supporting;
2.4 Others temporary tasks
教育背景Education
Diploma and above in relevant discipline such as Finance or Accounting;
大專及以上學歷，会计学專業
Holder of Certified Accountant or Certified Tax advisor in China or international is preferable.
持有中國或海外註冊會計師或稅務師資格优先。
工作经验Working Experience
Min. 8 years working experience in Finance and With min 3 year in management level in a manufacturing environment with WOFE;
Good knowledge in China tax-law;
Worked in a sizable, manufacturing and Foreign investment organization.

Experience in ERP system, eg. SAP / Oracle or MFG/Pro.

其它语言能力Language Skill
Proficient in Chinese and Mandarin，able to communicate in English
