About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional People Consultant to join our HR Service Delivery team.

In partnership with business managers across our Dental Corporation head office and sites, this role is responsible for delivering effective advisory support, dealing with assigned caseloads effectively and efficiently whilst meeting the agreed delivery outcomes.

You will support business managers with high volume and complex employee relations issues, whilst actively contributing to the achievement of Bupa's desired people experience.

Your background

You will be inspired and driven by the opportunity to work with a global leader in health care that is on the path towards an exciting transformation.

You will be/have: -

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing complex IR/ER related issues.
• Experience in HR delivery in a ‘for profit' organisation
• Comfortable working with case management tools and can efficiently and effectively handle multiple cases and priorities.
• Exposure to change management projects and processes would be an advantage
• Demonstrable consulting and stakeholder management skills
• A demonstrated ability to cope with multiple work tasks with a strong team and relationship orientation.
• Ability to work independently and to strict deadlines.
